Licensure & Telehealth Services

Affirm is based in Maryland and Virginia, where we offer in-person and virtual services, as well as local support. Dr. Sadikova is also licensed through PSYPACT®, an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to provide secure telehealth services to clients in over 40 participating states and territories.

Why This Matters

Many individuals and families seek specialized, neurodiversity-affirming care that may not be readily available in their local area.

PSYPACT® allows us to reach more individuals and families and support continuity of care while upholding the same personalized, high-quality standard, privacy protections, and clinical excellence that define our practice.
