Our Mission
At Affirm PLLC, we provide neurodiversity-affirming care across the lifespan through comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and consultations for toddlers, children, teens, and adults.

Meet Eleonora Sadikova, Ph.D.
Dr. Eleonora Sadikova is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Virginia, and practicing in-person, in-home, and virtually.
Dr. Sadikova has over 15 years of experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals from early years to adulthood. She has worked with thousands of autistic individuals in schools, outpatient clinics, and hospitals.​

She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical and School Psychology from the University of Virginia, where she specialized in autism and explored topics such as sleep difficulties in autistic children and therapy experiences of autistic adults. Dr. Sadikova completed her pre-doctoral internship and residency at Vanderbilt University on the Autism and Lifespan Development track, gaining extensive experience in neuropsychological evaluations and research on masking in autistic girls. She later completed a postdoctoral residency focused on neurodiversity-affirming evaluations in a private practice setting.
With a career built entirely around autism research and care, Dr. Sadikova brings both expertise and compassion to everything that she does.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Sadikova enjoys collecting hobbies like reading, painting, beekeeping, yoga, and dog-sitting for friends and family.
