About us

Dr. Eleonora Sadikova has been working with autistic individuals for over 15 years. She began her journey volunteering with Montgomery County Parks and Recreation as a teenager. Since then she has worked with thousands of autistic individuals in schools, outpatient clinics, and hospitals.

She obtained her doctoral degree in clinical and school psychology at the University of Virginia. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Vanderbilt University specializing in Autism and Lifespan Development.

Dr. Sadikova is committed to providing person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming services.

In her free time, she enjoys collecting hobbies that include reading, painting, beekeeping, yoga, and dog-sitting for friends and family.
